A mid-ranged affordable hotel close to the heart of Lekki Phase I
I have this hotel as a favorite go to, because it is affordable for the standard of comfort.

Pros:
Location, at Agungi. Inside an estate and secured.
Swimming pool that is refreshed often.

Cons: pricey in-house food, water sometimes runs out. Slow response to room service.
