Ofada Boy’s Soup Lounge in Surulere, Lagos is a one-stop shop that provides various types of soups from around Nigeria. The aim is to rekindle the love for Nigerian indigenous dishes such as Eforiro, Edikiakong, Gbegiri, Ofensala which has been eroded with meals that are alien to early Nigerian society. Also, palm wine is served at Soup Lounge in the Yoruba “keregbe” format because we are trying to reactivate golden age when our fore-fathers drank from locally made calabash.
